Home Made Noodles

Home made egg noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour.
  • 1 egg .
  • 2 table spoons of milk.
  • 1/2 table spoon of salt.

Directions

  1. Add flour to a bowl, with salt.
  2. Add your beaten egg and 2 table spoons of milk.
  3. Mix in bowl, until well in a ball.
  4. Allow to rest for a minimum 30 minutes.

Once the dough has rested, cut into sections and create desired shapes, once noodles are shaped, dust lightly with flower to prevent sticking.

Cooking noodles will take approximately 10 minutes in boiling water.
