Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking poweder
- 21 oz blueberry pie filling
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Cream sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
- Ad flour and baking powder, stir until well blended. Spread half of the mixture into a greased 15" x 10" pan.
- Carefully top with pie filling. Drop remaining dough on top by teaspoonfuls.
- Bake @ 350 degrees fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until golden. Do not under bake.
- Combine powdered sugar melted butter and lemon juice, drizzle over warm bars.
