Blueberry Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking poweder
  • 21 oz blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Cream sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
  2. Ad flour and baking powder, stir until well blended. Spread half of the mixture into a greased 15" x 10" pan.
  3. Carefully top with pie filling. Drop remaining dough on top by teaspoonfuls.
  4. Bake @ 350 degrees fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until golden. Do not under bake.
  5. Combine powdered sugar melted butter and lemon juice, drizzle over warm bars.
